Who we are
Headframe sp. z o.o. is an AI product studio in Poland, EU. We build our own software for B2B companies: each product takes over one process that a person does today in PDFs or spreadsheets, and shows every step of the calculation.
Products
- Compilore: an AI technical knowledge base for distributors and manufacturers. Answers a salesperson's question from catalogs, manuals and price lists in under 30 seconds, with a citation and page number. When the documentation has no answer, it says so and logs the gap.
- tothecent.ai: FinOps for AI. Reconciles telemetry, the provider's cost report and the invoice for LLM API spend, line by line, and shows the residual it cannot explain.
- GapRoll: pay gap reporting under Article 9 of EU Directive 2023/970, from a payroll file. Alongside it, paygapnews.pl tracks the directive's transposition in Poland.
